AM I GETTING A GOOD DEAL?
Yes, you are! Sahbai collaborates with local makers to get you the best deal on a collection of handpicked gift items while still paying the artists fair prices. The retail value of our boxes are almost twice that of the price we offer, and we've done the work of curating for you!
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
The best way to send everyone you love a gift box is to place separate orders. Currently, our system is not able to process multiple addresses on one order (annoying, right?). This just means you get to hangout in our shop a little longer!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want to make sure that you're happy with your experience! Each of the items in your giftbox are handmade or small batch produced. We do our best at each stage of the process to ensure the quality, but we are human and mistakes can happen. Although we cannot accept returns, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us.
HOW IS SHIPPING CALCUALTED?
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 per box and will be automatically added to your order at checkout. We ship though the United States Postal Service (USPS).
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
